"Today is the most fun day ever," Andy declared at the end of a super-fun evening as the bright blue cotton candy ice cream dribbled down his chin.
We made our inaugural visit to the Ashburn Rubino's (a favorite Herndon lunchtime meeting place for Cory and me during the week) to the new Ashburn location (we don't recommend it yet). We went from there to mini-golf, where Andy and Trevor just barely harnessed all of their energy into the game itself. Despite some close calls, we made it through the course without any putter-induced head trauma. From there, we headed to Cold Stone Creamery where the boys enjoyed some ice cream. On the way home, all of us sang and danced in our seats to our favorite Weird Al songs. Andy was right...
