We finally found a way to get Andy to talk on the phone! He is intrigued by the headset I use when I am working from home. As soon as he put it on, he said "Hi, my name is Andy. Would you like to place an order?" I didn't quite get it, but Cory made the connection that we may be going to the McDonald's drive-through too frequently!The upside is that Andy thinks it's so cool to use the headset, so he is actually taking calls these days! You better call quick before the novelty wears off, and he swears off the phone again.
